What is Yoga? New to yoga? Learn about the practice and basic asanas (poses) in this class! Focus on alignment, stretching, strengthening and introduction to meditation.

The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Flow through yoga basics while calming the mind with breath work. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with restorative styles using props!

Experience yoga in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. (Yes, it will require some imagination!). Students should have at least read/watched Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. If you haven't, it'll still be fun! :)
